Marshall Hatfield is a serial real estate entrepreneur with a passion for Deal Sourcing and Lean Systems.
His real estate journey began in Residential, as both an Investor and REALTORĀ® for nearly a decade.
Since then, Marshall has been involved in endeavors touching every corner of the industry.
In addition to successfully Founding REVAS back in 2013, he’s also enjoyed opportunities like:
- Head of Growth at the Business Brokerage of an original Shark from TV’s Shark Tank (Kevin Harrington at Shark Team).
- Head of Deal Sourcing & Employee #1 at the VC-backed Fintech Hedge Fund, Equi.
- Building a Private Equity Deal Sourcing business to buy multifamily during Covid (Ordo Group).
- Launching, growing, and selling a Hard Money Lending business (Glassridge).
Over the past 3 years, heās made the transition to primarily focus on Commercial Real Estate and Business M&Aā¦ joining Shark Team after a stint as Head of Deal Sourcing in startup Hedge Fund, Equi.
Now, his #1 goal in life isĀ becoming the worldās foremost Deal Sourcing authority, finding the hottest off-market assets & lesser known operators, to generate top-tier cash-on-cash ROIs and IRRs for his own investments and for Deal Sourcing Clients (Private Equity, Investment Banks, Family Offices).
