PLUS, we will work closely with you during the setup process to customize the template messages that we’re sending. We have seen consistently good results with the template messages already in the system, just using some minor tweaks…
… and we can even help construct a new series of messages completely from scratch (at no additional cost!).
How can I trust an Overseas Virtual Assistant to do a good job?
We at REVAS (and Jason from Lead Sherpa) both had this concern going into the project.
“How can we hire enough of the right people for the job?”
At first, we were looking at this as a very robotic, pure Admin Task. We imagined just sending a series of back-and-forth template replies, then handing it off to the Client to work from there… but quickly found this was less than ideal.
Since then, we’ve significantly improved our results by re-imagining Lead Sherpa Lead Gen as much closer to a Telemarketing Task (of which we do a lot).
With that in mind, we now hire Virtual Assistants specifically for this task, who must fulfill all of the following criteria to be a perfect fit:
- Usually coming from a Telemarketing Lead Gen background.
- Already must have Real Estate experience.
- Requires at least basic understanding of Real Estate Investing.
