21-Day & 90+ Day Lead Cadences.

The goal of a clearly defined Lead Cadence is to systematize the follow up tasks for your ISAs / Lead Nurturing program(s).

A REVAS-style Lead Cadence will clearly define items like:

  • What communications should occur, and when?
  • What Medium of communication should be used for each Contact?
  • What Script(s) and/or Template(s) should be used for the communication?
  • Who is responsible for each Follow Up Task?
  • Are there different sequences based on different Lead Tags / Categories?
  • Where can the Documentation & Training for the Cadence be found?
  • Is there any Automated Lead Nurturing that needs to be accounted for?
  • At what point, and in what way, are leads passed from the ISAs to the Agents?
  • At what point, if at all, would a lead be passed back from Agent to ISA?

With all of these clearly defined, the challenge is getting them implemented (and making sure your Agents & ISAs are following the Cadence). This is related to the Tracking & Accountability pieces below.
